As a  Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner with a lifelong personal yoga practice I view the person as a whole; mind, body, and spirit. One can not be without the other. My deep passion for healing has led me down a spiritual path to integrative nutrition, holistic medicine, yoga, and massage therapy. I have studied extensively how yoga, massage therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle changes can play an important supporting role in the healing process specifically for PTSD and a wide range of other physical and mental health conditions.

I have been practicing yoga and mindfulness since my early teen years, and have been studying holistic medicine for over a decade.

Yoga has kept me grounded during the most difficult times in my life and brought me to the light. My purpose is to support others navigating through their path of healing through yoga, bodywork, and nutrition.

I have completed a 625 hour Asian Bodywork and Foundations of Chinese Medicine course, as well as 150 hours of Holistic Nutrition and Functional Health at Elements of Healing in Vermont as well as 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Vermont. My nutrition education is always continuing as the information available to us is always changing.

I am trained in a number of bodywork modalities such as Amma therapy, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, acupressure, Cupping therapy, Moxibustion, Pediatric massage, and Gua Sha. I combined any number of these in a treatment to best meet your needs.
