Chakra is Sanskirt for wheel or disk, the chakras are vortices of energy that spin as glowing light. There are seven major chakras in the body. The chakras can be out of balance since your time in the womb, and we can even carry imbalances in our chakras from past life experiences.
When any of these chakras become out of balance it can result in emotional imbalance. Prolonged imbalance can lead to physical illness and disease in the body.
Chakra healing can benefit many different aspects of your life including but not limited to:
-relieves mental stress
-stabilizes appetite, aids in digestion
-helps cultivate intimate relationships
-complements treatments for depression and anxiety
-strengthens your intuition
-sparks creativity and imagination
-relief of physical symptoms
-brings deep emotional wounds to the surface to be healed
During a chakra balancing session I will use a combination of aromatherapy, crystals, massage therapy, and guided meditation to restore balance in your chakra system.
Aromatherapy is a healing modality that uses essential oils to promote healing. I have made my own aromatherapy oils using organic pure essential oils and local bear oil as a carrier.
Bear oil was considered “liquid gold” by Native Americans as it had a number of healing properties for medicinal use such as:
-relieves muscle tension
-intense moisturizer for hair and skin
You can incorporate chakra balancing energy work into your regular massage session or come in for the chakra balancing on its own.
Meditation has been scientifically proven to boost the immune system, lower blood pressure, increase productivity, promote emotional regulation, and relieve anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
Meditation isn’t just sitting in a perfectly still lotus pose with a blank mind, it is an altered state of consciousness that leads our focus inward. You learn to control the thoughts coming in and out of your mind. Meditation connects us to our higher self which enables us to work through past traumas and grief, and gives an overall sense of clarity.
When we incorporate meditation and breath work into our daily lives we are able to control our thoughts, emotions, and behavior with ease.

Energetic Cord Cutting
Energy cords are invisible strands of energy that connect us at a subconscious or unconscious level to people, places, or things. Depending on the nature of the relationship the cord can either be positive or negative.
Positive energy cords that are usually connected to the heart space where energy is both given and received in a balanced way through these cords. These relationships are typically loving, nurturing relationships that leave us feeling positive and uplifted after an interaction with these people. It does not matter how far away a person is from us, this is not a physical substance and distance is irrelevant.
On the shadow side of this there are negative cord attachments. These attachments give you nothing while depleting you of your life force and giving it to the person on the other end of the cord. While this sounds awful, remember that this is done at a subconscious or unconscious level and the person on the other end has no conscious awareness of this. The most common cord attachments come from romantic or sexual relationships. Often these cords are connected through the lower chakras. If two people have been connected in an emotional or sexual relationship there is a good chance there is a cord.
Signs of unhealthy cord attachments:
-unexplained pain in a certain area
-relationships that leave you feel depleted
-tensing up around a certain person or even just receiving a phone call or text message from them makes you feel uneasy or stressed
-obsessing over another person
-inability to let go of a person regardless of how badly you want to
-feeling like you are constantly taking care of the other person and never receiving anything in return
-dreaming of the other person regularly
-you can not forgive them
-they always find a way back into your life
Negative energy cords can have a significant impact on our emotional wellbeing. There are a number of different ways we can release these energetic attachments or people we no longer wish to be connected to. During an energy work session we can work on cutting these cords so you can move on with your life. We can cut the unhealthy cord and work to set boundaries and rebuild the relationship while releasing the unhealthy connection. There are also times where we just want the relationship to end completely and that’s okay too.
