Cancellation Policy

There is no fee if cancellation occurs 24 hours or more in advance of a scheduled appointment. I value your time and dedication to seeking wellness through my services, so I understand life situations arise that require rescheduling or cancellation. Please understand that my time and dedication to other clients is also valuable. The following policy applies to cancellations given with less than 24 hour notice: Patients who cancel scheduled services with less than 24 hour notice will be charged for the cost of the service and will be required to submit payment prior to scheduling future treatments. Cancellation of two or more appointments with less than 24 hour notice will require payment in advance for any future services booked. I appreciate your consideration in adhering to this policy. I enjoy all of my clients and respect their time. In allowing advance notice of cancellations allows me to manage my appointment waitlist as needed.
